Why do I need a Buyer Agent?

Traditionally, real estate companies have represented the seller of a home.  As their "agent", the real estate company has a fiduciary obligation to locate a buyer at the best possible price and on the best terms for the seller.  The company also has an obligation to "treat the buyer honestly".  As the paid representative of the seller, a real estate company and their sales agent clearly are obligated to provide a sale which is most advantageous to that seller.  So who will represent your interests when you purchase a home? We will! 

As your Buyer Agent, our fiduciary obligation is to you.  By representing solely your interests, we will locate the right home, negotiate the best price and terms on your behalf, and follow up on all the details of your purchase, right through closing.
